1. Acceptance
By accessing this website or engaging our services you agree to these terms.
2. Services
Quotes, scopes and timelines are agreed in writing per project. Out-of-scope work is billed separately.
3. Payments
A 50% deposit is required to start. Final balance is due before launch. Late invoices accrue 2% interest per month.
4. Intellectual property
On full payment you own all final deliverables, source code and content provided by you. We retain rights to display work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
5. Client responsibilities
You confirm that all content you provide is lawful and that you hold the necessary rights and consents.
6. Warranties & liability
Services are provided "as is". Our total liability is capped at the fees paid in the 3 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach with 14 days' written notice. Fees for completed work remain payable.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes are subject to the courts of Nairobi.
